Report and moderation process

Abuse Handling Policy

Kelvros provides a direct way to report abuse and a moderation flow for reviewing, quarantining, deleting or suspending problematic content or spaces.

What a useful report should include

Include the Kelvros link, approximate date, category of abuse and a short explanation. Do not send unnecessary personal data or copy illegal material into the report.

Report categories

Kelvros classifies reports such as harassment, threats, doxxing, child safety, terrorism or violent extremism, self-harm emergencies, copyright, spam or other illegal content.

Possible moderation actions

Depending on severity, Kelvros may mark content reviewed, quarantine a message, delete a message, block an IP, revoke Open mode, suspend a space or remove a space.

Urgent threats and severe illegal content

When a report suggests imminent danger or severe illegal activity, Kelvros may freeze the relevant space and preserve minimal technical records for review or lawful handling.

Abusive or false reports

Reporting exists to protect people. Repeated bad-faith reports, intimidation or attempts to weaponize the abuse process may also be treated as abuse.
