Kelvros is designed to minimize collected data. When legal or emergency requests arise, they are handled carefully, proportionately and with respect for user privacy.
Valid and specific requests
Kelvros expects legal requests to be specific, lawful, properly issued and limited to the information necessary for the stated purpose.
Minimal data principle
Kelvros avoids collecting identity data by default. Available records may therefore be limited to technical, security or moderation data retained under the configured retention policy.
Emergency situations
Credible imminent threats to life, physical safety, child safety or terrorism-related emergencies may be prioritized and handled through the emergency abuse contact.
User privacy remains important
Kelvros does not provide informal access to user data. It does not sell data, provide advertising profiles or respond to vague curiosity requests.
