Every submission must be checked for source, context, safety, privacy, legality and publication risk.
Approved documents can be published with metadata, context, translations and clear disclaimers.
The archive and intake workflow will open progressively. During beta, access remains controlled while the legal, editorial and technical framework is hardened.
